Welcome! I’m a Minneapolis-based Wellness Coach who has worked in the wellness field for over 20 years. My holistic approach to wellness grows out of my education in psychology and counseling, my work as a Personal Trainer, and my experiences working with clients in stress management.

Growing up in Minneapolis meant that I grew up climbing trees, sledding, camping, and hiking the trails in our great park system. It nurtured strong connections to nature and a great love of play outdoors. While raising my family, I worked as a certified Personal Trainer with clients who wanted to improve their fitness. It was obvious that the stronger they became, the more it emboldened them to make changes in other parts of their lives. Movement changed their mindset.

I returned to school to become a certified Life Coach and began to build a wellness practice that included clients working to improve their overall health through fitness, smoking cessation, stress management, and counselling. Move to Change Wellness Coaching brings together sensory engagement through movement and a connection to nature to help clients find their way to the lives they want.

When I’m not in motion, I love reading, photography (many photos on the site are mine), and weaving. I also travel to visit my kids who are scattered around the country. I enjoy visiting the many wonderful national parks and natural spaces available to us.

Let’s walk & talk to get you on the road to your best self!
