
After a free consultation to determine if Move to Change is right for you, you’ll decide how many sessions you would like to schedule. I schedule in 1-hour blocks to meet you at an agreed upon location or you can schedule a phone call or Zoom meeting. I will partner with you to move from intention to action, toward sustainable change.

As your wellness coach I will:
Help you to assess your overall wellness using coaching tools like the wellness wheel. We’ll do a values check-in to find out what is most important to you.
Partner with you to envision what flourishing looks and feels like to you.
We’ll use a wide range of activities to help you explore and experience the possibilities for yourself.
I will support you and provide a level of accountability as you move to change.
I believe that wellness isn’t about fixing what is broken. I believe that you are creative and resourceful, but are just stuck, unsure about knowing or deciding what comes next. Wellness coaching for me is not about dieting, cleansing, counting micro and macros or the number of minutes spent in pursuit of cardio or strength training or what yoga positions you can attain. It is about finding what restores you, connects you and gives meaning to you even while navigating the demands on your time and energy, whatever they may be.
